Know the policy
before you pay.

TestAS Lab is a digital preparation product for one learner account. Core access activates after a captured payment is verified. The 90-day period begins immediately, including while you wait for your selected subject practice to open. Check the subject, available packs, 90-day duration and ₹9,999 total before payment.

Advance enrolment.

If your selected subject has not opened, you can request cancellation and a refund of your advance enrolment through course support. Trying Core during this waiting period does not remove that option.

Delivered digital access.

Because the practice library and generated exercises become available after activation, purchases are normally non-refundable once the chosen subject has opened and the purchased access has been delivered, subject to the exceptions below and applicable consumer rights.

Payment and access problems.

We will investigate a duplicate captured charge, an incorrect captured amount, a captured payment that did not activate the purchased access, or a material access problem that cannot be restored. Failed or abandoned payments are not completed purchases. Please do not pay again while a captured payment is being checked.

How to request help.

Email deutschclickk@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your TestAS account reference, checkout reference and a short description. If available, include the Razorpay payment reference. Never send a password, one-time password, card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

Resolution.

Approved refunds return through the original payment method, with processing time determined by Razorpay and the bank. A full processed refund ends the associated course access. Partial refunds require support review. Cancelling an unpaid payment link only closes that checkout; it does not initiate a refund. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
